Options in Office Communicator

Review of some of the commonly used options in Office Communicator

  • In the top left hand corner of the Office Communicator window is a small down arrow which will bring up a menu.


  • Once the Communicator menu is open, expand tools (by hovering over it) and click on options
  • In the options on the Personal tab there are several options to customize Communicator.  Two important options in this window are "Automatically start Communicator when I log on to Windows" and "Save my instant message conversations in the Outlook Conversation History folder"
